"I absolutely love Dr. Amy. She takes the time to actually listen to me and is very patient and kind. She is by far the best Dr I have ever seen. P.s I'm sorry I am still chickening out on my mammogram. Lol"

"I have taken my children here for years. Dr.Cullen has always been the best! My children are grown and we recently became grandparents for the first time. We encouraged our daughter to take our grand daughter here. After the appointment today… she will no longer go to Cullen Medical for anything!!! When she arrived with our grand daughter (and grandpa went to) they were informed by the receptionist that if they don’t have a face mask then they are not welcome at the facility. They asked if they had any face masks for patients and they were thrown at them but still refused any services to them. My husband is a very patient and respectful man, however, he could not tolerate the extremely hateful ladies working at the front desk. This was by far some of the most disrespectful medical professionals we have ever seen. Thankfully my new grand baby will NOT be going here if they treat their patients and their families this badly upon arrival. I will no longer recommend to anyone. I would recommend finding new receptionists that are more friendly, compassionate, understanding and enjoy their job because the ones they have now…. Are none of the above!!!!!"

"Dr Amy is the best doctor I've ever had! I respect the fact that she has went to medical school longer than I have. She respects the fact that no one has lived in my body longer than me. She is always willing to listen and give helpful advice. she doesn't pretend to know everything so when a problem comes up that is above her she has no problem referring me to a specialist. I like that! most of the time I get in and out of there very quickly. But sometimes there is a wait. That is because she takes the extra time for every patient to treat them like they are a human being not just a number on a file."

"My mom goes to this doctor and they forgot to send in refills for her blood pressure medication. Between this doctors office and dealing with CVS it was ridiculous. She went to pick it up on a Friday afternoon and didnt realize they had done this until it was too lste and they were closed. She had to go all weekend with no medication and then dealt with them all day Monday and Tuesday. She said when she went up there Tuesday they acted like they didnt even know who she was. Finally got her prescriptions filled Tuesday afternoon."
