"Dr. who treated me 2 days ago for allergic response to adhesive had no name tag & didn't I. D. himself. When nurse asked me today who saw me Tue. I gave her the name I had been given prior to being seen & she said that was NOT who actually saw me so she looked it up. It helps to know; please have your people identify themselves!"
