"The place is a bit dirty and animal smelling but what can you expect? If you can get past the view of the place, it's an amazing cheap and cost-effective vet clinic. Timeliness- They do walk ins from 1pm to 3pm, but because they're so popular, they tend to have a line. They have a very small waiting room and usually would have to sit in your car until they can see you, but if you ask them to bring your animal inside due to weather conditions they'll gladly let you wait there. Make sure you call in as early as possible so you can be one of the first on the list. I showed up at the last minute and called at the vet clinic and waited for 2 hours to get my kitten's vaccination. I'm just giving you a timely estimate if you call at the very last possible minute. Friendliness- They're very kind vets, assistants, and techs. You can very much tell they have a love for animals. They have rescued kittens and cats that free roam the waiting room, and they bring their own pets, too. They love to get to know your pet within the smallest amount of time they have. Cost- They're very cheap compared to the other vets nearby. I've not had an issue with them yet, and my baby has been there twice now for a dewormer and vaccine. I plan to take her there regularly. A regular check up is around 30 dollars, with a spay/neuter rounding up to nearly 130. That's pretty good!"
