"Have had nothing but plumbing problems we fixed it. Well neighbors had plumbing problem eagles point supposedly fix theirs but it all came up in our home the guy in the office is useless and said it wasn't their problem well we had not 1 but 2 plumbers come out it was main line I don't feel we are responsible for all the cost"

"Been living here for 3 years, wish it was different. The office staff is inconsiderate and rude in all departments. took countless months to get access to gym and pool being told they'd send a code but for the longest time never did. Had a friend visit for a few hours and because we already have 2 cars in our drive when he went to go leave his car had been towed. No warning, no sticker nothing just up and gone. VERY unprofessional."

"RENTER/BUYER BEWARE! KEEP LOOKING! Ill start this out as- this is not a review to complain, but to warn other tenants and those who may be thinking about moving in to base thru eagle’s pointe. since we moved here, we have had severe plumbing issues where the toilets back up, the shower doesn’t work or falls apart, and we have woke up to our kitchen flooded 4x. they don’t fix the issue at hand, they only replaced the laminate- and if you’ve been out here for awhile you know how bad everyone’s plumbing is. our garage door has been broke for over a year and everytime we try to get it fixed they give excuses. the suspension of the garage door has been strung out around the ground (big safety hazard) for over a year. today it fell off track with us under it and luckily we are not severely injured. honestly, i wish the people running base just cared about our safety as tenants- we deserve better! we have been charged for late rent fees when our rent was never late (the whole embezzlement thing that happened with HOA stealing money from tenants can be confirmed online, but anyone working here will deny). other than focusing on our trash cans, finding any and every reason to close down the pool, not allowing people to leave stuff on curbs for others, their lawn crew cutting down people’s garden/plants, raising rent yearly, towing cars from authorized spots, i just wish for once they would prioritize the safety of our families instead of their cash flow. If we could’ve afforded to move in the past we would have. OUR safety should never be compromised as tenants. Promise im not trying to complain, but to spread awareness about this company. We are lucky enough to finally be moving out this year, and i wish the best to you all trying to move as well. thank u for reading."

"We were going to rent a property in this place until we drove out there to check it out. Garbage all over the place! The landlord is also dishonest and claimed they didn’t know about the situation out there which turned out later admitted they had heard about it. I feel bad for the people having to pay $40’a month to an HOA that apparently doesn’t see the garbage. My advice keep looking! it’s not worth it . Read the reviews ."

"I have never experienced a more unprofessional HOA than the one at Eagle Pointe Estates. Never knew there was one. And, all the pictures are nothing like what you offer for the residents. We pay for buildings and a pool that haven't been accessable for a while now. The office girls are awesome and a couple of the maintenance staff are also awesome. But, I can't say the same about whoever is head of HOA. Neighbors and at least one maintenance guy thinks they are the police out here."
