"I am not suprised to see such a poor rating. My wife has been sick for five days with a bug that had already passed through three of our children. When asked about vaccinations and offering tests, opinions differed and she was basically denied further treatment and told to come back in five days labeling what brief exam they had given as viral. This is also after admitting she had fluid in here ears. After making another stop and a different clinic later that day and answering the same questions she was given two prescriptions and a very powerful behind the counter cold medicine. Our choices and decisions related to vaccinations and being sheep or lions may differ, but we still have a job to do."

"Saw the nurse practitioner. Said there was nothing she could do and referred me to urgent care. But gladly took my $100 for nothing. Only cheaper than urgent care if they can treat you, otherwise you will spend money on nothing. Skip this place and go to urgent care."

"Waited a half an hour to get my daughter a flu shot. Then had the nurse come out to tell me she was going to lunch and she’s be back in an hour. Told her we were just there for a flu shot and that we already had been working for half an hour. She said oh well and left. Worst customer service ever"

"The nurse practitioner is very nice, it is usually a very quick in and out, but still feels very thorough. She will send a prescription if needed to your pharmacy or you can fill it there. They have your records right there and know all your meds and what will interact or won't. They will give you a note for work without having to go to your regular Dr and wait through a dozen patients. I highly recommend for the smaller things that keep you feeling too bad to stay home, but not emergency enough for a regular Dr."
