"I'm not sure if the center has changed hands recently, but service has suffered. The new system adds more steps and complicates things. I've talked to multiple clients and it's always the same story. My meds are consistently late and you can't get anyone to answer the phones at the center or the apothecary. I also have insurance and still pay more in co-pay than if I were to go elsewhere and just pay out of pocket. Also, I'm sure to get good service and my meds would be on time. I'll be switching providers before my next cycle. I hate to go after years of service, but it's time."

"Never had any issues, but now there are like 3 or 4 companies involved in the process, it's complicated, more expensive, and I cant even see the results of my bloodwork. the providers over telehealth rush you through the call and no real explanation of what's going on. this place used to be simple and fast. I will look at other options now."

"Never had any real problems over the first 2 years, but over the last year and especially now with the new switch over, it's been terrible communication, over billing multiple times to the tune of $400 that I had to catch both times, and now I've been charged for my shots 2 weeks ago and haven't received anything. My last shot was 1/8 and paid for my delivery on1/16. The app said it was due to arrive on 1/22. The craziest part is no one can tell me why?! I'm paying for a service, $105 a month, that I'm not receiving! The pharmacy doesn't answer. I left multiple vm and the center can't tell me why it's happening, but tell me I'm more than welcome to come in for a "complimentary" shot! 2 problems with that...it's not complimentary because I've paid and I work 60 hours a week and can't always drive 45 minutes to go get it! It defeats the purpose of having them sent to me! If I don't get an answer by Wednesday I'm calling the BBB, refuting my charge, and moving somewhere else."

"Called to set up an appointment and was told to do it online which I did. Walked in next day for my appointment time, greeted by a rude staff member who acted as if she hated her job more than anything. Said I had an appointment at 9. She rolled her eyes and said of course you do, have a seat. After waiting 20 mins was given information to fill out which I already did online and told I don’t know how long it will be until I get scene and there 6 other guys ahead of me. It appears this place is not well organized, staff members aren’t the most professional so I think that sums up the amount of service I would get, so that being said I walked out. I’ll look for another place that is organized and staffs members aren’t running around like chickens with their heads cut off and act professional"

"They take my $155 religiously on the first day of the month, but in 6 months my supplies have arrived late more than they have on tim, causing missed injections. Now my supplies are not even ordered, 13 days after I should have received them. I was in the office last month but somehow there’s no “script” for supplies. Funny… they took my money for the service provided… they just didn’t provide service. I saw another review where they apologized to a guy that no one told him they no longer use the app. Same… seems to me the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. Terrible organization skills… in fact, it’s a terrible organization. They have today to fix it, or I will demand my November and December payments returned, and they will return it or I will file small claims."
