"Husband went in for an eye exam. Doctor was amazing, but the front desk staff is beyond rude. It seems they go out of their way to be rude. Insurance lady was nice. He went back to get new lenses put into his frames. Lady at front desk was so rude he walked out. You can't get the supervisor at the store, district manager or corporate to call you back."
"I called last week to schedule an appointment and when I was on the phone the receptionist was very rude very impatient. Since we live in a world where customer service is very important I will be taking my business somewhere else. I should not have to feel incompetent for trying to schedule a simple eye doctor appointment for myself. But ufortunately the receptionist did just that. Kudos to you and your disgruntled employees."
"Not at all happy with customer service or the way I was taken for higher than correct price. Office manager cheated on my billing charging for materials when none were used. Very disappointed. And would not recommend if you have VSP insurance, get your contacts for a LOT less."
"So my family have been using Midwest Eye Care for to long to mention. I called in today and explained that we no longer have insurance but we would pay out of pocket if she would bill me. We need to do that so my husband can move money from his 401 K. We have literally paid this place thousands and have sent a number of new patients to them. Anyway she co.es back on and said it had to be paid today. I seriously could not believe it. They have always been paid. Nice job!!! I will take our business elsewhere and so will the rest of my family."
