"There is a white female doctor in this facility. She doesn’t care about her patients. I feel like she’s not there to help patients. I’m not sure why they keep her here. She only brings a bad reputation to the building. I don't think she is a doctor I would never come if I did. I would not want to be seen by her"

"Check- in clerk was not customer friendly and very slow. One person to check everyone in is not a way to handle flu season and covid spikes. The M.D. that I saw was responding to me before I got done telling her symptoms and when she asked questions. She was NOT listening. This facility was my last resort for an immediate care the day I went or I would have never gone. The other two near me were booked and required appointments. This immediate care needs some friendly staff, and competent doctors with bedside manners!!"

"Very friendly, not sure why so many bad reviews! I had been throwing up for 36 hours and they got us right in. They also gave me an injection in the room to help my nausea while we waited to get my prescription. Out check in nurse, woman who administered the shot, and doctor were so friendly and helpful!"

"Honestly the worst health place I have ever went to! The woman who checked me in was great but as far as the doctor I had.. not at all! She was a white lady with blond hair. I came in because I couldn’t straighten my finger from an injury at work. She looked at it, for maybe 3 seconds and told me it was “just a contusion”, and to go back to work, no restrictions. She got me an x-ray but I know she didn’t even take a second look. I figured there was no way, ended up going to my primary care doctor and my finger is fractured. This is my right hand we are talking about. The hand I do everything with. The hand I use to get my homework in college done. The doctors here did not care whatsoever and sent me on my merry way! Please be careful of this place. They do NOT care. The picture with the splint is the doctor who told me it was fractured! The first picture was the day I went to ExpressCare."

"Yesterday (23rd October,2023) we went in at around 5:30-6:00pm to do my husband’s drug test for his pre employment. There was one tall lady (black) who was taking care of the procedure. She was the one who gave him the cup and directed him to the restroom and made the report. She was rude and very impolite. I am still wondering was it because we have different faces?!!! She kinda shouted at him. That’s the first bad experience I’ve had with Franciscan. Hope it doesn’t happen again!!!"
