"DONT GO HERE I had a nasty cough and pain when taking deep breaths, so I came uninsured to pay out of pocket. Only for the doctor to rush me, talk over me, finish my sentences, tell me it was good that it hurt to breathe, and give me even more doctor anxiety. I had told her I tested negative for Covid and she said they were going to test again anyways and now I’m seeing a $90.00 BILL for a COVID TEST? Absolutely not. I’ll never go back. Waste of 3 hours and my money and she didn’t even help find the root of my illness. Horrible."

"Avoid the lab where they draw blood unless you want to be poisoned. Went back in February of 2023 for routine bloodwork and have had health issues since. Developed a rash a few days later. The lady doing my blood draw had a nasty attitude and looked to be wearing the same big oversized blue gloves for every person she took back. She had her back to me alot of the time fiddling around doing something which I always thought was strange. Something is off with this and this person that may need to be looked into. *If the person’s name is Angelina W. (or L.) that drew my blood then CRIMINAL intent may be at play here and I was intentionally injected with something. I previously overheard her talking about injecting someone but I didn’t realize who she was until it was to late. If somebody from the hospital would like to reach out regarding this situation and this person, please let me know who to contact. This person should be in jail."

"I would strongly advise against visiting Franciscan ExpressCare based on my personal experience. Despite booking online and being given an estimated wait time of just 9 minutes, I ended up waiting for a staggering 2.5 hours in the examination room without receiving any updates. This lack of communication and prolonged wait time was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. When seeking medical care, it's crucial to have accurate information and timely updates to make informed decisions about our health. Unfortunately, ExpressCare fell short in this regard during my visit. I hope that they take this feedback seriously and make improvements to their wait time management and communication processes in the future."

"Horribly slow. My wife and son spent 3 hours to get tested for Covid and Streep. My wife asked for the medication to be sent to a 24 hr pharmacy but it was sent to a pharmacy that had already closed. We live close so I drove back up there to have prescriptions sent to a 24 hr Pharmacy and they said it would be sent before they left for the night. It’s and hour and 20 minutes since they closed and no notification the prescription was ever sent to the correct pharmacy. Horrible service."
