"They don't do proper maintenance. Several apartments have dealt with black mold and had to take care of it themselves. Several floods have occurred due to improper plumbing done by maintenance. Tenants usually have to wait days for repairs. Laundry facilities regularly don't work. Only recommend if you are poor and desperate."
