"If you have a serious mental illness don’t go here for counseling. I loved my therapist Lori but she wasn’t there for me when I really needed help. I was rescheduled twice so I rescheduled again and then they called me and said that they had to reschedule again because she couldn’t do it. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule again and I said no. I was really going through some horrible stuff. I had lost another family member and I was dealing with abuse at home. I’m bipolar . I almost ended up dead by my own hand. Luckily I have a strong faith in god and I read the Bible and I’m not selfish enough to do that to my remaining family. I have lost my whole family to a tragic accident so I have no one else to talk to. Lori is nice but this is ridiculous. I do love Rodger Farris he’s a good doctor but now I don’t really want to go back here. It’s just a trigger for me walking into that place knowing that I had to fire my confidant and my only person to talk to."

"The doctor is nice when you get to meet with him after usually waiting an hour past your appointment time- Dr. Fritz (that's the 2nd star), but the first star is because his assistant doesn't return phone calls half the time. My insurance wouldn't cover the prescriptions I was given. We tried something else that gave me side effects, but no substitute was given. We finally got my insurance to cover the prescriptions, but the cost was still over $300. I explained this, and left another message, but no return call or substitute. I basically wasted a whole month with an illness, and canceled my next appointment. I'm not spending another co-pay when nothing has changed since last month. They refuse to send me a referral to a specialist without coming in again, so I'm finding a new primary care doctor."
