"Staff and doctors have always treated me well and listened to me when I bring up an issue. They’re usually able to get you into an appt. quickly as well. I will say for some reason when I call the office, no one can hear me and hangs up. This is only when calling this number - never have this issue with my phone anywhere else? Weird and kinda annoying but aside from the phone thing, I’ve been going here for years and recommend checking it out."

"They do not deserve 1 star! Horrible place, if you can avoid it do not go. The make things up and put it on your record. They add labs without telling you, that result in a $1,078.00 charge to your insurance if you are lucky to have insurance. Otherwise you might get stuck with that bill. I guess I did not go often enough so they got all they could in 1 appointment. They do not listen just type on that computer the entire time you are talking. I can google symptoms just like they do. Avoid at all costs ~ or it might cost you a thousand dollars! AND do not bother calling the supposed "Quality" officers in Indy, they will justify the horrible practices that IHC Spencer has! According to them, it was my fault!"

"I appreciate all the IHC does for our community. Dr. Stine the pediatrician is great with my kids and all the doctors Ive seen myself have been great. Would also like to add they have a physician for CDL physicals."
