"Normally, I would have rated a little lower but the new manager, Christine, is doing an awesome job! She has addressed issues quickly, is a very nice person and easy to talk to! The maintenance person, Blake, is a sweetheart! He will do what he can and, if he's unable, he will call in outside help. For you single ladies out there, he's pretty easy on the eyes!!! (and always smells nice, too!) No place is perfect, including Meadow Park, but if you have good management, it makes things a lot nicer! Have a good day and God bless!"

"The new manager is amazing. She has done so much since being here! I have lived here for going on 2 years and she is the best management we have had. She very experienced in management. We have had no problems since she took over. I call with a issue and her and management are here within 5 mins."

"The most unprofessional place I've ever see. Had me choose apartment 11 months ago,pay deposits was just waiting for them to finish work..for over10 months they just blew me off until I went to ask how much longer and noticed they moved someone in,after I payed fees,spent money to furnish the entire apartment, told me they couldn't find o e of my money orders and when I asked for a refund was told ,we didn't cash one,can't find it told me to figure out how to get deposit back,so had to pay to get my money refunded and still having problems.so I spent hundred on promised place only to pretty much lose it all.they have done this to many others also raised rent 4 times higher while I was waiting and raised it so much higher tenants were having to move out.bad business!!you need to do way better especially with your track record!"

"Excellent service upon applying unfortunately I stopped working in IL a little to soon and VOE showed that and we basically lost out on the apartment even though once we move here from IL we wouldn't have a job starting out anyway so the process for people moving from out of state should definitely change. we really wanted to move out here but can't do to this. (we as in me and my roommate)"

"Beautiful and newer built Community in a small friendly town about 15-20 miles from Terre Haute, Indiana & Indiana State University! The Apartments have all the recent amenities. The Leasing office & Community center are lovely and there is a pool table and sitting area available to the Residents. The grounds are clean and there is a modern outside playground available. The property is nestled on a dead end street in a very quiet neighborhood! There is another Property, owned by the same Management group, about a mile down the road (Meadow Park Flats), that is ideal for smaller families. This Community accommodates families of all sizes, with larger floor plans."
