Driftwood Apartments

"Officially been living here for exactly 1 month as of today. Here are my thoughts of the apartment complex, the parking lot, the apartment itself, and management/maintenance. The apartment complex is rather nice, it’s not overly huge with lots of people and being crowded, but definitely full of people in each apartment. Kinda nice considering I had moved from an area that was not very populated. Location based is absolutely perfect, you are down the road from gas stations/grocery stores/essentials/etc. You live right next to an elementary school as well! Inside of the halls is a laundry section, my only issue here is not the $1.25 cost per load, but there is no way to pay for a load via credit/debit/Apple Pay. This would make it so much easier on people and become much more profitable. The apartment itself was not only very affordable for my wage, but also very large. Walking into the kitchen, presents a large countertop as well as plenty of pantry space, Only wish here was a dishwasher but it’s not a need for anyone, just a wish. The bedrooms are next to each other and definitely stay warm during this winter. Due to everything electric, the electric bill is rather high than vs natural gas, but you won’t be using that much considering it’s a small apartment. Maintenance is definitely a 10/10 for professionalism and work ethic. I work from 11pm-7am and every time I come home since the weather has become cold and snowy, they have been out there salting the walkways and within the hour, I hear a plow truck outside of my window. I’m happy to be living at a place where we are being taken care of for these kind of tasks. I also had to put a request in for a new filter due to a wrong size, within less than 72 hours I got the correct size. Huge props for how they have been keeping up with this recent weather and being able to do a lot of jobs caused by the weather. Appreciate it a lot Justin. Management also gets a slice out of this due to having me take this step by step and making it to where I can completely understand everything I have to at my age. Absolutely amazing job done by Nelly. You can’t beat the price nor the quality of what is being offered."
