"I had a clogged shower drain, and maintenance was there 3 days after the request. After they left, the tub spout puller didn't work, so no water could come out of the actual shower head. I submitted another request and they gave me a new tub spout puller within a day. Fixed one thing, broke another, then fixed that too."

"This will be a lengthy review due to multiple points of interest: —I have been a resident for almost 5 years of this complex and witnessed nothing but a steady decline in the quality of living here. When me and my wife first moved in, the property management was spectacular. The grounds were always well maintained and the buildings were tended to on a regular basis. The staff were friendly, the neighbors were great, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, with the recent management change both my wife and I have noticed a CLEAR difference. This complex went from a place that we were proud to be a part of, to now being a place that we are truly embarrassed to even invite friends and family to. —I can’t speak for other buildings, but as for my building, has not been well maintained at all. Before I could hear vacuums throughout the hall ways on a weekly basis, and the foyer upon entry, was always kept very clean and tidy. Now I walk through trash filled hallways down to a foyer that is poorly maintained. Children have written with crayons all over the walls. I can remember on two separate occasions where 1. Glass shards were up and down the steps for over a week before they were cleaned, and 2. A bookshelf was left outside the 3rd floor hallway door for over a week before someone finally came to take it away. Trash is everywhere up and down the stairwell. My building CONSTANTLY reeks of marijuana and unkept animals, to the point where again I am embarrassed to even invite my family over. The hallway doors were a nice layer of security, but they have been long since broken, allowing ANYONE access to the building. Not to mention the pest problem! —As far as parking goes there’s never any spots causing me or my wife, to regularly park away from the building unless we are lucky. This is due to the fact that there is no parking lot rule enforcement. I know for a fact there is one unit in my building whose tenets have 4-5 vehicles in front on a regular basis. What is the point of visitors parking when these types of things are allowed. Both my wife’s and my car have been damaged due to people parking inconsiderably, and my wife’s car was even sideswiped with no way of knowing who did it due to no parking lot surveillance which to me is INSANE !! —Laundry room etiquette is all but nonexistent in our building as you can see in the video below, this was taken at 5am. Thinking that we could get down there early before the rush only to see load and loads of clothing just carelessly left unattended. We went from three washers and dryers down to two, which I did not understand. Why reduced the available equipment as this would only increase the strain on the building. Even still, the new equipment comes with timers so people know exactly when their items are done but as you can see that means nothing. —As someone in a previous review said the office is beautiful with a very nice gym room and pool area but if you work a standard 9-5 you’re out of luck in enjoying these amenities due to the office being closed and no access being granted. Prior to renovations you were able to access the gym with your key. There are gas grills outside of each building which would be a great amenity, if the upkeep on them was maintained. —With the new property management coming in and the constant increase in rent prices you would expect things to get better not worse but I can honestly say that things have not improved at all. There’s no accountability for tenets not following rules, if there are even any rules in place. Safety seems to be an afterthought with no care of tenets property. The only reason that I continue to stay is the area is prime location and the price for the space we have is the best around. Everything you need is within a 10 mile radius, with easy access to work for the both of us, I just hope that things start to change for the better. This review serves as hopefully a wake up call to management that people are unhappy. Thank you for the time taken to read this review of you have made it to the end."

"I love my apartment complex and how fast they handle any issues I am having. I have lived here for almost 10 years and cannot say enough amazing things about the office and maintenance staff. I literally put in about 6 work orders and BOOM...Done! If you do not live here you are missing out on the efficiency and environment. The property is beautiful-When I sit on my balcony I often feel like I am on vacation."

"Very happy. Fixed the leaking faucet in the shower, the noise is gone and water pressure is better!! The only request I have is that the maintenance crew introduce themselves when entering. But he was very professional and courteous. Prompt service as well"
