"If I could give negative stars I would. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance with the doctor I usually see and when I arrived was told a 'traveling' doctor was filling in. Not only did this person mess up my prescription and in turn my glasses order, when I called I was told it 'wasn't their fault, it was the traveling doctor's fault' and I would have to make another appointment for a follow up -2 weeks out- to get it corrected. Seriously bad customer service."

"The folks that checked me in for my eye exam were great. The Dr. Was great as well. My issue is with the sales team. Very poor customer service from my experience and perspective. I was told to choose glasses that I was interested in. While I was choosing, the sales reps spoke the entire time about she doesn't know Spanish well. When I was done choosing, she didn't have my information ready. I could tell she was not well trained. After ten minutes of fiddling with an iPad that she said didn't work correctly, she finally escalated to a manager. The manager pushed buttons on the iPad but did not explain to the sales rep. How she fixed the issue. The manager asked me, what type of lenses I wanted. I said, what choices do I have? To make a long story short, go elsewhere if you want want a better customer friendly experience where the folks are more knowledgeable and act like they want your business."
