"My daughter and I have been to OSF OnCall on Main/Logan 4 times since they opened. Three of those times, Amanda G was the attending provider. I sincerely wish Amanda was in a PCP office rather than on-call; she is amazing. She listens to everything my "chatty-cathy" daughter has to say, she is down to earth, talks in laymans terms, and always shows genuine concern. The one time we didn't see Amanda was also a positive experience. I am very happy with this urgent care!!"

"I was extremely sick and reserved a room on line so I could get in right away and still had to wait to even get in the room. I was so sick I couldn’t stand and yet no one brought a wheelchair to me I had to let them know I needed to sit and they said that’s fine go sit down in their most uncomfortable seating ever. Then once I was in the room I was moaning loudly due to my body and stomach being in pain and when the female doctor came in she says”Why are you yelling?” And I said I’m not yelling I’m moaning in pain. That is a person with no compassion for those who are hurting.And all she wanted to test me for was the flu and Covid which I didn’t have either one so I was sent out with still not knowing what I had or how to treat it. The people they have working there are heartless."
