"The only reason this is a one star is because it’s the lowest score available to choose from. My thirteen year old son was up all night with an ear ache and very dizzy. We knew it was an inner ear infection so an actual appointment, not a walk-in, was made for him at the Vermilion URGO at 12:10 PM. Arrived and while waiting the nurse or receptionist came in and said Dr. Haleigh is going to lunch and won’t be available to see you until 1:00 PM. UNBELIEVABLE! Why would they even schedule an appointment at that time? We left and I’m sure OSF Directors appreciate losing business to the competition over a hungry doctor."
