"Half of my children need glasses, so I've been to a few eye doctors. My kids Pediatrician referred my son here. My son was scared but everyone and I do mean EVERYONE was super nice! Laura noticed my son was scared and spoke of her son to my boy, that made my baby feel more comfortable. I honestly wanted to cry, Laura was so kind, she explained everything she was doing before we seen Dr.V. Then when we seen Dr.V, I was blown away by her knowledge. I feel my baby is in good hands, so glad my kids Pediatrician referred us here. Before we left we went to check out the glasses, Jennifer greeted us. I told her what exactly I wanted for my son and she brought me all their options in that style. I loved how quick she was. Their frame options are so stylish, I love! Everyone that works there looks so happy to be there. I love to see that. I am not from the area but my son asked me before we left if we all can just come here from now on, most definitely will I do what makes my babies happy. They earn loyal customers. I recommend LTF Eye clinic to EVERYONE! Thank you for all you do!"

"I came here as a new patient needed an eye exam done something's wrong with my eye and Dr schillings worst doctor you will ever meet she refused treatment because I cussed when she poked my eye with her gloved nail when I'm already in extreme pain and can't see out of my one eye so if you need something actually done besides a vision test you should definitely go somewhere else like Moses."

"I am very dissatisfied with the recent treatment from the office manager at Crown Point location. Due to my schedule, I had to cancel some appointments that I had to cancel. I would call the day before the appointment to cancel in advance. My last scheduled appointment, 8/4/18, I contacted the office on that Friday, 8/3/18 cancel, since I was headed out of town. I was informed at that time , I had to call back to get a new appointment. I contacted office on 8/20/18 and was informed my appointments were put on hold. She stated that I had cancelled appointments on the day of appointment and I informed her that that was NOT TRUE. Each time, I had to cancel, it was at least a day in advance. I have a sick mom who lives out of town, so I have to check on her from time to time. I NEVER heard appointments put on HOLD. I was a prior patient from previous years along with my son and husband until my insurance changed in 2013. I had always had the desire to return back to them when my vision insurance change. 2018 was to.be the year. However, this new encounter of events, has sent me looking for another office. It is NOT, school, you can't punish or put patients in TIMEOUT for having to reschedule appointments! There is a such thing as busy life when caring for elderly family and unforeseen things can come up! Please remember that customer service is an important element in ALL business, not advanced cancelled appointments!"
