"I’ve been a patient here for 4-5 years. Each year it gets worse. They tell you that they are sending orders over for testing and when you call to schedule your tests noting was sent over. Very disappointed that I had to keep calling for orders. So I called my regular doctor and had them send in the order and I was able to schedule my mammogram. The other test was a bone density it never got sent either. So my regular doctor sent it in. I need to find a more professional health care office for women that will follow through with testing orders that they want done."

"The rudest staff I have ever met. When it starts at the front desk you can’t help but already have a sour taste in your mouth. Did not discuss BC options with me after expressing concerns about a recent IUD insertion. (Which was absolute HELL and I was told “well yeah…. You haven’t had kids so obviously it hurts) they lost test results of mine and made me get the same test 2 weeks (and another 300 dollars) later bc they didn’t believe me when I said I got the results via phone call. This place still being in business is beyond me. No woman should have to feel so degraded and like they don’t know their own body in a world that makes it tough enough already. Why are these people in this field?!?! Good riddance! I’ll take my time and money to somewhere and someone that cares."

"I love Doctor Cataldi and the nurses I have had during my visits. The front desk staff is a different story. I called yesterday to get my birth control switched to my new pharmacy and spoke with someone on the phone they said they would get it set up for me. I called my pharmacy today to see if it the script was ready to pick up. It had not been sent yet...which is fine I get that the practice is busy. What does bother me is that I was still on the line when the person I had spoken to was mocking me (when she thought I had already hung up) for calling to ask for an update. I only called to make sure that there wasn't anything else they needed from me to get my script over there. I did my due diligence to see if the script was sent over, I didn't deserve to be mocked."

"The absolute worst office I’ve ever dealt with. Staff is extremely rude and NEVER responds to messages. I have been waiting over a week to hear back from my doctor. They always say “we’ll take a message” and never respond back. Additionally, my medicine was rejected by my pharmacist and they never bothered to tell me this so I went three days without medication. I had to call 4 different people and my pharmacist and they had no recollection of me needing medicine. They wouldn’t let me leave a message for the doctor and were extremely rude throughout the whole process. She told me “you can wait until Monday” instead of helping me. It was such a headache and the staff does not care about their patients. Highly recommend visiting a different office if you want friendly service."

"I actually went there for support for my daughter and couldn’t sit down together . This is due to their warnings on the glass. 6ft apart. Anyone with common sense knows 6ft apart doesn’t prevent a virus from lingering in the air. So with their ignorant 6ft apart rule we could not sit together and I had to go wait outside. Way to go ! Another step to isolate the family. Also they still require a mask. This is a business dictating an agenda that should have been dealt with with fines ."
