"In the 12 years of my residency in Kankakee county I’ve noticed a difference in health care different than how I was treated when I lived in cook and will county. Most Doctors in kankakee county are sales people and they could care less of me as a patient. So I stopped going for a while cause I felt like I was always being attacked for financial purposes and they just didn’t have my best interest at heart. Physician immediate care and also my primary care physician are not like that. They go the extra mile to make my visit pleasant. I know how riverside and st Mary’s corporate pressures the smaller facilities to milk the customer and their insurance company for as much as they can get cause it shows every time to visit one of their locations which makes going too them so much harder. I do believe I have a great Primary Care Physician, but when things get to the point of having to see a specialist it’s a nightmare to deal with these people, especially when it takes forever sometimes to find the ones that will approve my insurance. Riverside and st Mary’s are infact preventing me many of times to get the proper care that I require because they always put their needs before the patient. My advice is to let the little stores do their jobs and the corporate hospitals should stay out of their way before neither hospital has any customers at all. 5 stars to physicians primary care. They bring back the healthcare that I remember when I was a kid."

"It was my first time going to an urgent care. I was very pleased with how smoothly and professionally the check in process went. I only waited about 15 minutes before I was escorted in for my vitals check. The doctor came in shortly afterwards and she listened very intently. After her consideration, she recommended a course of action and I was soon out of the office with a solution in the works! I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of everyone I came in contact with."
