"We decided to use this travel agent to book a flight to Thailand for our honeymoon and it was a nightmare. While receiving quotes we were continuously quoted prices for flights in coach. We were clear that we did not want to sit in coach on a flight so long, at that point we should have walked away, but didn’t want to concern ourselves with booking the flight while wedding planning. When we did eventually book the flight the wrong date of departure was booked. We had to pay an additional $530 to change to the correct date of departure we originally asked for. After the departure date was fixed however we were downgraded from our premium seats to coach, more money would have needed to be paid to fix this error now. We were sent vouchers to compensate for our losses, however these vouchers are complete garbage and we will not be using them. (We will have to send more money to get coupons for chain restaurants and hotels). We will not use this travel agent again, or probably any for that matter, which is too bad for them as we travel very frequently."

"Contacted Ashley about planning a family vacation and she gave us plenty of options to choose from and looked into activities and attractions for us. Saved us quite a bit doing things thru her business rather than trying to find our own accommodations thru a multitude of websites and hidden fees. She was up front about charges and pricing and worked with our budget. Definitely recommend if you are up in the air about what you want to do for a vacation."

She delt with my indecisive self and made changes along the way and did a lot to get us into the perfect ocean front hotel for Coco beach and continued to help me plan for Disney as well!!
