"Worse travel agency ever. I would never in a million years book with them ever again, they just want to make money and not complete there job. First our flight got canceled and my family and I got separated to two different flights. Then we got to the airport and seats were not confirmed which has to be done by there end. Our flight got canceled twice and the manager and staff kept saying they can’t do anything about it."

"When we booked flights in March we were told we had two checked bags per person. We spend the next two and a half months shopping and packing our bags when 2 days before our flight a friend of ours mentions to us that they were told they only have one checked bag per person. So we call Jett Travel and the agent tells us that he was mistaken when he told us two checked bags back when we booked our flights and when we asked why he didn’t send us an email or call us to tell us that it was actually only one checked bag per person the agents excuse was that he was too busy and didn’t have time. That was absolutely unacceptable. We had spent weeks packing and getting ready only for us to find out through friends that we actually only have one checked bag per person. Had we gone to the airport with two checked bags per person we would’ve had to pay a $100 fee per extra bag and another $250 per bag on the return flight. Absolutely poor customer service and very careless staff."

"The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I've always dealt with Ahmad and he always tries his best to give the best deals. Stop wasting your time online and at other agencies, come straight here and get it out the way. Also, they price match! If I can give more stars I would."
