"My driver arrived 2 minutes after the 30 minute allotted time to be late due to traffic being backed up which you could see from CVS Distribution Center and the dock manager refused to unload him! If you get one of these loads I would reject it."

"This is a very unprofessional and frustrating place to deliver to. If you are late they refuse you, yet if your early they'll make you wait an hour plus before unloading you. It's disappointing when a business can't show the same patience and understanding to the drivers that they expect to receive from them. They refuse to allow drivers to use any bathroom facilities on their premises and treat us like we're disgusting and annoying to them yet if truckers refuse to deliver to them everyone there would be out of a job. Ironic if you ask me. Smh. This place is a gamble if you're gonna make or lose money delivering to them and sadly one seems to loose money more than not. Extremely rude employees to top if off. This place made me break a promise to myself that I would never do and that was telling my dispatch to never send me somewhere again. Just my opinion, think twice before picking up a load going there."

"The lady in the receiving, and shipping office is very rude and obnoxious doesn’t like truck drivers at all. God for bid you have to ask her a question she will give you the worst attitude in the world."

"all drivers are requested here if someone is late by 5 minutes then they unload after a week and the behavior of check in staff is very rude.., they say that truck drivers are not humans."

"Beeig able to give Minus Stars would be a good idea. Arrived for my 10:30 appointment at 9:30. They told me that they can not unload me b4 next week at the 20th. They want me to sit for a week. It's not over I will fight to get their load off my truck"
