"This was absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a doctors office. The worst experience I’ve ever had with any business PERIOD. I went to Crystal Deno and she is the absolute most careless, rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and incompetent person I have ever met in my life. She missed two online video appointments that I had scheduled. I called the office and emailed her multiple times and no one ever got back with me. She proceeded to sent me a hateful email telling me that she sent the links for the video appointments. Basically she blamed the whole thing on me and even used swear words. I’m sure maybe it was some type of technical difficulty but I called multiple times about not receiving a link and trying to get a hold of someone and no one ever got back to me for about a week and she wouldn’t refill my medication. I am on several medications that are dangerous to go off of cold turkey but that’s what I had to do because she would not get back to me. She put my health and life at risk and obviously has way too many patients to handle. I have a lot of serious health conditions including a life threatening autoimmune disease. My health is vital and important to me and these medications are necessary to keep me alive and functioning. But she treats it as if it doesn’t matter and says she’s busy with other things and works another job. It’s fine if she wants to work another job but she needs to inform her patients that she doesn’t have time to take care of them so that they can find a new doctor and receive the care that they need. Last but not least the office is only opened about three and a half days out of the week so you can never get a hold of them and a couple of the receptionists were very rude, dismissive, and disrespectful to me. However I will say they were able to get me in with one of the other nurse practitioners in the office so I could get my medication filled until I get in with my new doctor. But it took me three weeks of being off of my medication, multiple phone calls, and multiple emails until they finally did something about it. I also had to go several weeks without my rescue inhaler because they wouldn’t return my calls or send in a refill. I quite literally could have died at any moment. Would absolutely never recommend this office and I would absolutely never recommend Crystal Deno. She also trash talked my previous doctor whom retired in an e-mail to me. She is absolutely awful, hateful, and very very unprofessional."
