"Overall experience is great staff is excellent , however corporate needs to change some policies concerning credit checks for payday loans. They hit me for 3 individual hard credit checks last year alone and already hit me up for one again a few weeks ago. Kinda hard to keep doing business with a business that makes your credit score go down . Needs to change immediately. It's completely absurd to have to post publicly to get something done . I know the staff has sent their concerns to corporate to no avail. People work hard to keep their credit scores intact not have it abused 3 times in one year. Not good business practice at all."
