"Absolutely the worst hospital I've ever been to. The nurse and the Dr order was two separate things and when I told her that she would not even ask the Dr I was told I have covid and she was shocked at what he gave me he said a week 1/2 she said two more days I an go back to work. I came by ambulance because I can hardly walk and keep my head up still feeling the same way today this hospital is a joke"

"This ER VIST doesn't deserve a star.!! Tonight after 5 plus hours they finally came.to check on my daughter that was told wasn't a priority cause SHE HAD CHEST PAIN WITH A FEVER over 104 an could NOT breath ,that's not a priority wasn't even in a real room ,I understand that it was bust but the ridiculous excuses of the ppl behind me being seen asap wasn't a priority. This was the worst experience of my life but what do I expect from this place,I took her here to be seen if this was the way I was gonna be treated an or not even looked at I would have done dr on demand. Although the bill that you will want me to pay will be a priority for you. .you ppl are Dr's an nurses maybe you should act it. An treat ppl with respect an not tell them your sick CHILD ISNT A PRIORITY AN YOU don't know what the issue is!!!!!!!!"

"Only giving one star because there were a select few people that were very kind and cooperative. That’s about the only good thing I could say. Went in complaining of abdominal pain and vomiting around noon and I was given fluids and told I had a stomach bug and should “go home and sleep it off”. I woke up in excruciating pain and vomiting again around 8:30pm and realized I needed to go back because my symptoms had gotten much worse. I walked in crying and clutching my right side. I waited over an hour in the waiting room, and still no help or even a bed I could lay in because I “was just vomiting”. I ended up going to Jasper Memorial Hospital just to find out I had appendicitis and needed emergency surgery to get my appendix removed! My appendix was over double the size it should be. I will not be back here. Had I not went to Memorial, my appendix WOULD have ruptured. The blatant disregard of my symptoms is why I will never be back. I will drive the extra 30 minutes to Jasper! This place is very lucky that I trusted my own instincts and not their misdiagnosis. Had my appendix ruptured I would be filing a malpractice lawsuit. Don’t bring your loved ones here."
