"SBA is messing over business owners constantly especially over this covid mess. They are claiming I owe them a debt and are wanting me to sign into their payment portal to “resign documents” tying myself to the debt, yet when I wrote and asked for proof of debt, no response. Now they are threatening me even tho I keep asking for proof of debt and they can’t show it!!!"

"Don't deal with this agency!!! Was put on hold FOUR TIMES - 19 min, 36 min, 12 min, 4min. Each time, someone ask me for 10 pieces of information, transferred me, then the line hung up after waiting for half hour. Some sent me to misc. voicemails, some sent me to El Paso, then El Paso, said "I need to transfer you to Birmingham" and then a message that there was a federal holiday that apparently started at 1:23 pm for no apparent reason. But I called back and apparently there it's not a holiday anymore (10 min later). I am convinced that when someone doesn't know how to do what you are asking, they just type the transfer key and press a random 4-digit number."

"they never, ever, ever answer the phone. i can't tell you how many times i have called and sat on hold for 20, 30, 45 minutes and they never pick up. and yes, i am calling during business hours. it also takes several emails to ever get a response edit: I did eventually get a response to my email 2 months later. the person who sent the email was very helpful and was able to resolve my issue."

Tried calling but just get voice mail. I am beginning to believe I dealing with Comcast. At lease I get a response from the VA!"
