"Dear Wells Fargo I always have great service when I come inside or drive thru. ATM. Machines is always working that s very nice. Mr. Bishop is always so helpful from the moment you walk through the door. Mr Bishop knows how to run his branch no matter how many people is standing there. The other ladies is always very nice and polite also. Keep up the good works and thanks for being in Hueytown"

"Honestly the worst experience ever got there around 9:10 wasn’t open but there was people inside so I waited outside until the manager walks out and tells me to give him a minute so I stood there in the cold waiting then someone else comes out and tells to to walk in so I did when I walked in the manager starts hollering trying to catch my attention and tells me that he didn’t tell me to come in and with his hands trying to tell me to walk out like I did something and I told him some one let me walk in Because the door was locked there was no way I could just unlock the door and walk in my self then when he kicked me out he let othered walk in so I come back and ask him to give me a business card so I can complain and that’s when he shut the door on my face and just ignored me so I walked away and called corporate and filed a complaint on him I don’t know what was going on cause I was never explained I don’t know if it was racially profiling or he was just having a bad morning but that’s is no way to treat some one especially if he is taking to u calm and is not knowing what is happening but I hope he is contacted by his supervisor and showed how to treat people and have good ethics"

"As a local church, we have banked with Wells for generations. We recently became an independent church and re-filed as a non-profit. Two of our elders went in and opened a new account with the new tax ID and articles of incorporation well over a month ago. Everything had been going fine. Then someone said that we also needed a power bill; they never contacted us; they just shut the account down. We hurried and had the power transferred to the non-profits name, and they said it could take up to 48 hrs. to unlock the account. Needless to say, no one at Short Creek Church recommends Wells Fargo. It has been months, and we haven't heard anything about a resolution, maybe an apology, some kind of explanation. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!"

"Despite some of WF practices, this location is the reason I still bank with them. They're no longer my primary bank, however. Krystal is extremely polite! She always calls me by name and other small talk. I love the drive thru staff."

"Four different 45+ minute waits just to see a banker has me about to close all my accounts. The branch where I used to live had several bankers constantly rotating people in and out and spoiled me I guess and had me stay with them for over 10 years. You'll be lucky to see more than one here"
