"Margret Casey is a outstanding attorney, she has represented myself, family and friends in several legal situations over the past 13 years. I would and do recommend her in any legal issues you may face. She’s the best!!!"

"I had a terrible, downright horrific experience with Margaret Casey. She got my case from another attorney, all prepared to go to trial and give my case a chance. Instead, she did not use what I had against the other party. She had me see someone we could bring on as an expert witness, then failed to add her name to the witness list, so she was unable to testify. She did not adequately use my Private Investigator reports, bring him to testify, or make it clear to the judge the indisputable evidence he had of the other party violating the order. Then, after all that, she filed a motion requesting the exact opposite of what I told her to do - which we discussed via email with me not once, but twice prior to her filing. Please do not use her. I wasted my money, my time, and at the end of the day, my son lost his mom due to her inability to do her job."

"I was extremely disappointed in the services provided by Foster Key. When I retained him and provided evidence related to my case he assured me that he could handle the case successfully however he did not follow through with looking out for my best interests as his client. I paid him upfront the amount quoted only to be billed double before my case was settled along with an email instructing me to move forward with third party agencies to take care of things he failed to. I went to the courthouse myself and learned that he had lied to me about what he could and could not perform as my legal council. When I spoke with his assistant and asked for something to be done specifically he never returned my call. I would not recommend the law services of Foster Key following the mishandling of my case."

"Attorney Ms M Casey is the best. She gets things taken care of. I called her regarding some personal business that she had handled for me over fifteen years ago, she pulled it up and she spoke on it as if was only yesterday. She is very caring. She remembered me and my situation before even pulling up any documents."

"My son and I hired Margret Casey to represent him in a visitation suit. I did feel Margret was very fair in her billing, there were things left off the finally papers that were crucial to them. Margret is not quick to respond but she did fix "most" of the things that were left out at no charge. Towards the end, I did feel disrespected as I was asked not to communicate because I was emailing to try and get the papers mistakes resolved. I would say all and all that she did what was asked and corrected "most"what needed to be."
