"Best legal advice and representation I could ever expect. I had a major transmission malfunction in a 2021 challenger. The car was in the shop for more than 30 days. I sent the manufacture A non-compliance demand letter through certified mail, and they would not respond as the law requires. By the time I talked to Jon I was very perturbed at the situation.
