"My experience at Marion Health- MGH Express was very good. There was no waiting. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The nurse was very nice. Dr. Eric was very kind and thorough, explaining things well. I left feeling cared for, with adequate prescriptions to help my body heal. I would certainly recommend this facility!"

"They do NOT listen to what you say. Once you get past the first room where they check your vitals and get your info, they don’t listen. I was here yesterday as well for flu testing. Came back because I hurt my back and shouldn’t be in so much pain after my back popping while laying down. Came looking for answers and all I got was “just take more Tylenol.” I said ibuprofen. Point proven. Desk lady and the doctor who did my registry were pretty nice though, I will say that. I honestly don’t recommend this place unless it’s last resort. Wanted to save time and money because my Doctor is in Hartford City. Next time I’m just going the extra miles for people who will listen and not assume nothings wrong just because I’m young. Staff in general are 50/50 and most of them are passive-aggressive. I can hear them talking about me outside my room right now."

"I literally stepped foot in this place at the last minute in a panic because my son had broke out in hives and had a sore throat and fever. I assumed it was strep throat just needed conformation. When I say this Team was top tier I mean they were very kind,gentle,efficient, fast just overall amazing!!! Shout out to the check in nurse Natasha she was the bomb and made our visit one of thee best experiences I have had at an express care!!! Thanks again team!!!10\10 highly recommend"

"Music was so loud in the waiting room that an elderly lady was in tears with an earache. She gently asked if they can turn it down. The receptionists response was "ma'am we can't turn it down. Our walls are thin and HIPPA requires it" Not to mention that most people waiting don't feel well so blaring Ozzy Osborne was ridiculous. And I could still hear the patient in the room next to me as well as the nurses private conversation about someone that had passed. After I picked up my scripts I had to call them to ask about unclear prescription directions; they never called me back. Nurse practitioner was great though!"

"Don't waste your time, gas and possibly health attempting to use this facility. I was just turned away for ASTHMA. Even though it not only fits the definition of what kind of treatment they offer but is SPECIFICALLY listed as something they treat. Instead, they gave me a referral line to call to be seen by a regular doctor. Let's all collectively cross our fingers and hope I don't have an asthma attack while I wait. You can bet I won't be going to MGH emergency room if I do. Maybe it's an elaborate and awful marketing ploy? If I can't get in there and a doctor can't see me fast enough I'll be FORCED to go to the E.R. Where my insurance will be charged much more. Wouldn't surprise me at all. I really don't know why I wasted my time, my doctor is the only thing I've kept at MGH and it's only because she's amazing. But her schedule is so full you can't get in for a month or two. Which is kind of why I'm in this predicament in the first place. Guess this is my sign to go ahead and switch over to the care of a doctor working for Ball Memorial like I've done with all our other services."
