"So as I stand here the so called “tax professional” decided my taxes were not important and never even bothered to show up. Do what you will with that information. Who wants to do taxes with someone who can’t even make the time to be here when scheduled? UPDATE***** I called the number and they are trying to fix it. I am going to go another tax service because Jackson Hewitt sent me to a second location and I was still skipped at the actual office as well. I’m not dealing with this anymore. "I would have gave more stars because the woman was really good. Considering I don't know anything about what's being taken out and what hasn't I would have to assume that she knows what she's talking about. I got a phone call saying that I was going to have $100 off of my tax prep but I was refused even though I had the voicemail and let her hear it. It took most of my refund to have my taxes done I've never had to pay $280 to have them done before but what can I say it is Jackson Hewitt. They take all the money they can, when they can, how they can."

"Somewhat expensive but the cost came from my refund. Tammy was a joy to talk to and had a answer to my every question. The best part of it all was I did get the largest refund I have ever had and I received a card there for my funds to be loaded on and to and before I left Walmart ( where I had the taxes done) part of the refund was loaded onto the card. So, in my opinion the cost was worth it. Thanks Tammy."
