"Do not bank with this bank !!! I filed bankruptcy I told 3 people that had called me that my lawyer was wrapping things up . Because bankruptcy takes time and forms have to be all in for the judge. They went and illegally, took money from my business account to pay my HELOC account, without any consent, forms, ever signed, and without my knowledge of knowing, which is thievery. All my years of business, and working with other banks, I’ve never seen anything like this please avoid ever banking. I am now in the process of getting my money back since it was all part of the bankruptcy. I never signed any forms or got any forms at the time of opening my business account that said that they can go into my business account to pay off any HELOC loan without my consent. I will be suing the person who authorize this transaction without my knowledge. They literally went into my business account without my knowledge, and made it transaction without my knowledge or approval stay away from this credit union.!"

I will have to highly compliment the three young ladies that I interacted with and they were each super friendly, very talkative and made you feel overall comfortable while conducting banking business. "Warning: Do not put your I repeat do not put your money in this credit union. At all, they will mess up your ability to access your account and deny your ability to use your card associated with your account. I repeat do not use this credit union at all."

"I tried to go to a drive thru tonight for them to repeatability tell me my card didn’t work. So I tried Apple Pay, even tried to retrieve money from my bank account through cash app, it was declined. I checked my account and there was money on there. So I go to card services for my card not to be found. I tried going to the atm, no luck. I tried calling every number there was no luck. I checked my account messages, my email, voicemail and to see if I had any missed calls from the bank to see if there was a possible explanation for this. Nothing. I went to the bank this morning to deposit a check, and no one told me anything about my card. I wish I would’ve used it then so at least I would’ve been able to resolve the issue. Now I have to drive out of my way to a different branch to get this figured out tomorrow. Thank god my family had cash on hand. I’ve never had any sort of issue at all like this, and I’d this were to happen there would’ve been some sort of notice. My card has been messing up all the time since I got it. Maybe it’s a technical issue I don’t know but I really think they should get a hand on this situation because that could really mess someone up."
