"I made a appointment the same day but the last was late for the appointment. I called the place where I made the appointment and they had to track her down. The Lady seemed a little disorganized but was perky. She ignored some info I had for my taxes(told I don't need) but after finishing up, she decided she did need to add(don't know if she did)info. Although I don't want to pay back large, I also don't want to tinker with the numbers, which she wanted me to do(to get more back)."
