"I enjoy my banking at ACU for the most part until I have to go to the one in Hueytown. It’s been a problem over the years as I live in PG. When I go to the one in Hoover and on Greensprings Hey., mainly no issues or they help with a resolution. Yesterday Morgan again was rude as a few times I noticed she is short. I try not to complain as most because there is a shortage of employees every where. Pam the manager is usually in training or in a very important corporate meeting unable to assist with questions or concerns as was yesterdays situation. Morgan told me due to my mom not having an account with them they don’t cash checks for non-members against a members account, but would check (meaning asking Pam by communicating through DM to ask, but didn’t tell me she was asking Pam. I only found out when Pam and I spoke over the phone about the incident). I knew this wasn’t true I’ve worked in banking and ACU has done several times for me. The rule is the person should be with you in person with a valid government ID and sign the check over to you and you must have that amount in your account $10 & $11.30. I had that amount in the checking and both savings accounts. To me Pam made excuses for the said behavior as security came over because things did get a little escalated, there was no cursing or loud outbursts just conversation going back and forth. As you know if you bank there security is in very close proximity. I assured her as she asked was Morgan okay not me but just Morgan that all is well. The wait is usually ridiculous and the systems make it seems as the tellers and employees are slow! Pam stated she does not get complaints like this, I explained we don’t want to complain because we try to be understanding and we the older population know that these young people are different and complaints go on deaf ears for the most part these days. You have to know where to do business for good customer service these days. After Pam and I talked she asked to be given the opportunity to work on things relating to customer service. I stayed sure, but I have no confidence in her ability to do this as I think it’s rude to have your clients wait unnecessarily for services. I’m taking the checks to Wells Fargo to get cashed and I’ve been assured it will be no issues. I asked as things in banking do change."

"More details will be written at a later date. I was in their Helena branch today. Not happy I will be transferring my business to America First You also can't get a person in the phone. I had to waste my time driving to a branch. They sent me a letter and email to ship my July payment and then told me I didn't couldn't."

"At this point I am beyond upset because they didn't post my night deposit. They had one job. The phone number was on deposit envelope. I only wish I would have checked up to ensure the job was done and I didn't notice till weekend. No help till Monday. No options."

"No drive through. Inconvenient. If you go inside don't wear a cap. Not allowed. The cameras can't see your face I was told. And be prepared to get a little gun pointed at your head to take your temp. I've read this method is dangerous and your temp can be taken more accurately by pointing the gun at your wrist . Not here. They have their orders I'm told. So I left without making my deposit. You have NO choice. Really? Oh, yes I do. Regarding your reply, the "head shot" temp check is your opinion. It can have an adverse effect. The fact is the temp can be taken more accurately on ones wrist or elbow fold instead of the forehead. Would it be asking too much to give your beloved customers a choice?"
