"Definitely a great place to get care. The staff is always so friendly and eager to help with care. The phlebotomists is amazing at drawing blood. I always get my results when told I would. The NP (Patricia McElroy) has been very informative with every complaint I have had. And always finds the best route of care. Definitely happy with the PCP I chose."

"I recently had to have an ultrasound on my gallbladder and pancreas due to swelling and pain. After the Ultra sound at the hospital they realized I have something near my gallbladder that should not be there and ordered me to have my PCP (Cherie Walls) set me up with a CT scan as soon as possible for my entire stomach. I'm 28 years old so of course its a nerve wrecking situation. Over Two weeks have gone by and i have called everyday trying to get an answer on where and when my appointment is. Everyday i speak to a different person who tells me something different.Today i finally get a call from the Dr. office. someone telling me to call back for me to make an appointment to see Mrs. Walls. it took 2 weeks for them to tell me if i want my CT scan, I have to see the Nurse Practitioner that will not be able to do a damn thing for me because they do not have machines in their office. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE LIKE I WAS. THESE PEOPLE IN THIS OFFICE DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE. IF my scan turns out to be a tumor i will personally make sure this place gets shut down and C.Walls loses her License for being a careless neglectful monster."

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. From a rude front desk staff that acts like they're doing you a favor to an overbearing nurse practioner that likes to hear herself talk. I love St Francis and all their doctors but they dropped the ball on this place. Get some decent doctors there!!"

"If I could give this lab 0 stars I would. Have been twice in the last 6 months to get bloodwork, and twice have had to hound them to get the results to my doctor. 2nd time the whole experience was just a hot mess, and come to find out the technician did not draw all the labs ordered by my doctor. Lesson learned / I will not go back and I advice all to go elsewhere if you need bloodwork."
