"I went there today to cash a cashier check from Land of Lincoln located in Decatur, IL where my dad passed away, it was the money from his insurance. They asked me 5 questions about the amount back to back without giving me a chance to respond and ended it with it’ll be a two day hold on it with a nasty attitude. The hold wasn’t the problem it was the two attitudes in my face. I left with my check took it to the one on the southside 30 minutes before they closed the lady was very pleasant and called to verify it right than and I walked out with it in my account no hold. Make it make sense"
