"Prattville office said I was approved for the loan and just had to call and verify my info. Then said that my husband had a loan with them at Millbrook location from last year, he hasn't had a car in his name in years, much less got a loan I didn't know about. Case closed, she then flipped the lights off and sad they were closing up at 5:50. Was told to call Millbrook and they very rude about the entire situation."
"Been doing business with becky for some time and 1 thing about this store is this- every busines no matter the nature u have to know your customers and Becky knows hers well. We all have to be treated differently and if someone take note of that ,well you will do god business. Without the personal treatment y felt like cattle and people dont like that . The talking and visiting will always bring me back and I know I speak for others as wel. Definitely recommend this place as long as Becky is here otherwise I'm not so sure."
