"I called the Leeds branch on Friday and left my number and request to be called back. I never received a call back, so I had to drive to the branch to do what a phone call would have done. Poor customer service!"

"This bank NEVER answers the phone. They don’t call you back when you leave a message. Horrible communication. I refinanced with them only find out the previous financial institute never received the pay off loan from the bank and there was a difference added due to interest. Can’t get ahold of anyone to fix this because they don’t answer the phone. You would physically have to drive there if you want anything done. Awful service"

"First I was charged a late fee because they changed systems and my loan autopayment wasn't processed. Then their customer service line transfered me to a dead line that hung up. At the branch, an extremely unprofessional banker was not able to remove the fee as "it was not the credit unions fault". Still trying to figure out how it is mine when nothing has changed on my end in years. Then, to top it off, I was charged a fee without being told to remove money from the savings account in my name. I will contact the CFPB next and will never bank with America's First again. I suggest you take your business elsewhere if you care about customer service or your finances."
