This was around 8 months ago that I used Koon Law Office and I have unfortunately forgotten the lady's name that was over my case but I would like to say how helpful she was. She always answered my phone calls or called me back within a reasonable time frame. she always answered ALL of my questions and explained them in a language that I understood. I didn't feel like I was " THE JOB" with her. She was very genuine and I felt like she actually cared about my case. That my time meant something also.
