"Have tried to call several times. After going through all the prompts no one will answer . All I get is a recording telling me to go to web site and make an appointment. I don’t need an appointment I need to know if they have a notary. Not only that I have made appointments in the past on line and when I get there the person is gone. I have been a customer since 1996 and I am just about ready to change banks. This branch is terrible but they closed the branch I was using so I’m stuck with this"

"Do yourselves a favor. Go to any other bank. This one refuses to answer the phone but then when you go in, there will be a few people standing around doing nothing. Then you’ll still have to stand in the lobby because the one teller that’s working is busy with a line in front of them. They hold half your check after you deposit it so that means if you cash your check Friday in the atm, you only get access to 400$ the rest won’t go on your account till Tuesday. Like I said just go somewhere else."

"Every single month I go in to make a payment its ALWAYS an issue. Not easy to deal with at all and the branch manager is so unprofessional. If you don't know how to handle the public in a professional manner then maybe you should seek other employment. There's only one lady up there who never has a problem doing her job, Mrs. Shirley."
