"I want to thank Diana, the RN, on the 7th floor. She took exceptional care of my mother. She treated my mother as if it were her mother. She was very attentive and caring. She definitely should be recognized for her level of care. Wait, I'm not finished. I also want to thank Michelle, the PCT. She also displayed a very caring and loving manner toward my mother. Michelle always had a bright smile, as she approached the room. I can confidentially say, that my mom had the best experience, a hospital could offer, because of these two women. Thank you again, Michelle and Diana."

"The registration process is horrendous. They ask unnecessary questions and the process of checking in is terrible. They called me after my appointment to register me. And then I had to register again when I checked in just for them to tell me (After I waited 3 weeks and after I Checked in over the phone) that I was not in network. While I was being checked in at the desk there are really loud obnoxious announcements about Jesus happening. Making it really hard for me to hear the woman I was sitting in front of. I was also told that masks are mandatory. So I had to put one on even though Everyone else around us didn't have one on."

"Released my Dad with an elevated blood sugar. Didn’t send his medication to the pharmacy. So basically he’s in the same situation he was in when admitted. I feel they just wanted him discharged and dismissed. Then when I called and spoke with the nurse from the unit he was on(7W), to inform her they discharged him with an elevated sugar, she was very nonchalant and uncaring. Healthcare is really taking a downward turn. Needless to say I am disappointed."

"Very recently my Grandaughter was due to give birth here at LIL COMPANY OF MARY HOSPITAL, She was scheduled for induction, when we arrived we were processed very quickly by Admission and very soon she was in her room and greeted by 3 great evening Nurses Kathy, Jackie and my favorite Iris, pls don’t get me wrong Kathy and Jackie were the most caring and sensitive and attentive Nurses, but Iris was above and beyond skillful knowledgeable and experienced in her approach, you could not ask for more in the caring for a new mother experiencing birth for the first time. What a difference Head Nurse Iris made care. We were so comforted and happy under her care. But of course Nurse Iris shift had to end and that’s when our confidence dwindled. After Iris shift was over the morning and afternoon shifts went well and then the evening shift began. Of course the Birth Center explained the visitation guidelines. But what my family didn’t expect was To be approached so hostile and incriminating and disrespectful and in such a threatening way.. Our situation required a tag team approach so that our loved one would not be alone during the birthing process at any time. Our approach would also allow the Nurses during busy periods to be reassured we were also looking out for our new mother. This approach required a mature 16 1/2 year to sit with her sister while the Mom took 15 minutes to drop off the GreatGrand Mother who had been there at BC for 2 days ,and was a part of the tag time. Only one person would be in the room the other 2 adults would not. The Mother was the only one coming back and the Sister was to be taken home by UBER. We were told NO in such a disrespectful way. Nurse Valerie displayed no sense of Family Compassion nor did she display tact or diplomacy in her explanation. In fact the 2 evening nurses continued to display lack of humanity and humility and tried to belittle my family for requesting a different and respectful Nurse to continue care for my Grandchild. If I had had my way I would have left in my sensitive condition. I truly hope no one else experiences this type of disregard trying to assist their loved ones. I truly pray the care of my loved one will be successful. I couldn’t wait to leave this review out of frustration unable to take her out of their care. Will Update."

"I took my son to the hospital September 8th 2023 at 5:00 p.m. I was told that he was going to be placed in fast track. It was it was only 4 patients in front of him. The nurse called everybody that was there before us but when it was my son's turn she skipped him and called someone else that arrived an hour after us. I tried to talk to the nurse who was rude and did not want to instead of her talking to me she got two security and I was escorted out the hospital without my son I informed the security guard the I didn't want any services from Little company of Mary hospital and that I want my son to come back out of the hospital the supervising security guard told me that there's nothing I can do and I have to wait out here for my son. After waiting 20 minutes the security guard then told me I could go inside the hospital and sit. My son who is also disabled was asked by the nurse why would you bring your mom to the hospital with you I would never come back to Little company of Mary you should never be put out the hospital for a question ❓❓❓ or told that you can't get your disabled child back until they're done with their services"
