"Took my daughter in for a sinus infection or whole face was sore and she had a bad headache in her eyes from the sinus infection. The doctor comes in and says, do you have migraines my daughter once in a while, does get migraines very very often and she told him yes, and he proceeds to say well. Why are you not seeing a neurologist? I spoke up, and I said she is here for a sinus infection in the face has nothing to do with the migraine the headache is in the eyes and the top of the forehead I said we both have the sinus infection , he proceeded to give her a little Tylenol and said that’s all we could do. You have a sinus infection they’re supposed to check your nose, your ears, your throat, and if you have it really bad, they are supposed to give you an antibiotic and a steroid pill. That’s what most doctors do. This doctor did not check her out at all for the sinus. Infection. What can a neurologist do for a sinus infection he did not listen He was not professional he was rude. Do not go to the ER in Crawfordsville from Franciscan health. Go to API go to the clinic that’s at southside Crawfordsville stay away from the ER these doctor lack Intelligence"

"horrible service, they do not send correct information, they do not give you an address and the receptionists do not know who the doctor is or where he is located, they send records from Lafayette, and the doctors also steal money from you all the time by doing tests that are not needed, They still cancel appointments and are busy for months. terrible service"

"If I could give it negative stars I would. Don't go here unless you just need a band-aid. They don't care about you, just the $$$$. Spent 5 hours waiting for the Dr to be in there 5 minutes. Ended up going to another Dr a few days later because I hadn't improved. My family Dr said that place was a hoke and do t ever go there."
