"I like the store side just fine - cashiers tend to be friendly and nice. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back due to the pharmacy. They are slow & have poor customer service. I waited a week for my child’s Rx because they said it was going to be ordered. I called to follow up and I was told they didn’t get it. If I had not called, would they ever have gotten in contact with me? Probably not. Horrible service. I won’t be going back and wished I never wasted my time."
"Walked into store and asked for help because of a situation outside of the store. Sales associate was rude to me and disrespectful. Whether it’s because of my skin color and I’m white and she’s black, I’m not gonna have a sales associate treat me that type of way! Y’all are suppose to provide a safe environment not hostile one! Manager was supposed to meet me outside of the double doors to assist with the situation and never came out to my safety! Y’all really need to look into your management."
