"The staff is always friendly, fast and make it virtually pain free! They may not have time for small talk, as they always seem to be a busy place, so I don't get put off by that - even though I like small talk! :) I find the individuals who work there to be very professional and they have even made getting blood draws for a relative with extremely high anxiety over needles a non-issue any longer. Such a relief!"

"Wait time wasn’t bad and it’s closebto me so that earns them 2stars. There hours aren’t great and I have had them lose my specimen and have to return to have it drawn again. I also had a person poke me 4 times then give up and tell me to come back when a different person would be there (I have never had any problems before) Very unprofessional! However, since MACL has a monopoly near me, I have little choice. I can switch locations but all same lab."

"The lady who did my blood draw was awesome! I didn't pass out and she got it right on the first jab. Minimal pain, and no bruising the next day. Probably one of the best blood draws I've ever had (if there is such a thing!) Wait time was only a few minutes."

"Arrived about 8:20 am, signed in, gave my orders and ins. card. They promptly made copies and returned information to me. Had me take a seat, was called in to have blood drawn in about 5 minutes. Both ladies were kind and respectful. Answered my questions with a smile. This is first visit to the new location but not to this company. Have always had very good service."

"Very poor customer service. I went to lab to pick up sample collection kit ordered by my doctor. There were 2 people working and I was the only patient there. They were both extremely rude and treated me badly. Even though I am very ill, I was still polite and respectful. I have never collected a sample before and asked questions. They made it clear that they were disgusted by questions. One rolled her eyes while the other made disgruntled noises - it sounded like she had a hairball in her throat. It is a sample of a person nature and they made me stand at the window and ask my questions so all the people waiting for other offices could hear. Ever hear of HIPAA? I told them I wasn't sure I would be able to collect the required amount and they told me that wasn't their problem. True but you could have shown some empathy or offered some helpful suggestions. When I asked about their hours to return it, they gave me a list of other labs. Apparently they don't want my business, I left embarrassed, upset and humiliated. I'm too embarrassed to get a sample now and take it back there."
