"NOTE: If you are a patient of Dr. McGhee in Charlestown, IN and receiving a controlled substance medication, Walmart in Salem, IN will no longer fill those prescriptions. My MIL went up there to fill her script this morning and the pharmacist informed her that they would not fill her script today or at anytime moving forward as they have decided not to fill any of Dr. McGhee's scripts. There was no prior notice to avoid delays. They waited until she drove up there to pick it up to tell her."

"The pharmacist he was very rude I got a text saying my meds were ready to be picked up so I went.to pick them up. I have cancer and getting ready to have surgery and my Drs called the meds in and I go to pick them up and I get accused of doing things I didn't and wasn't gonna do. I had to call my Dr cause of the way the pharmacist was treating me one start wasn't deserve but had to.do.that to put a review in"
