"This is just the best store to do any shipping anytime. The owner Kyle goes above and beyond in his service for his clients. I mistakenly entered with a return meant for usps. Kyle offered to finish packing the box and hand it off later to the postal worker who would be coming to his store later in the day. He saved me hours and stress. Cannot recommend this store and this owner more!! Thank you Kyle"
"Little rude. After charging me $2.50 to print the return label I think he had trouble seeing past his hair to inventory the little boxes inside the big box. He said he would take care of sealing it as I started to leave. Then said hey one more thing you'll need this tracking receipt. Then hey another thing...pfft jank somebody else's chain. Seeing a trend with service staff in the city of Mobile."
"The staff has been very friendly and efficient. When I visited on Saturday, the line was about 8 people long and there was only one employee working, but she was calm, cool, collected and friendly. She helped everyone with a smile on her face even though it was crazy busy."
"We have a conference coming next week and we needed the programs printed and some trifolds for another conference. The UPS Store got our programs and trifolds done and had them ready the next day. Thank you for always providing great customer service."
