"Hosted a rehearsal dinner in the Purdue Memorial Union Anniversary Drawing Room on Sept 30, 2022. I selected the most expensive buffet and paid $2 extra per person for a third dessert ($60/person). The food was horrible! Boiled frozen diced carrots were served as “roasted root vegetables”, canned sliced beets were served as the “beet salad”, the Caesar salad was unassembled, served with Kraft Parmesan cheese on the side and a dressing the consistency of mayonnaise, “key lime pie with torched meringue “ was a frozen lemon pie with a cool whip edging. Served grilled boneless chicken breasts instead on “bone-in chicken.” People couldn’t find the room due to inadequate signage and even the hotel valet couldn’t find the event room. Horrible food and experience!"
