"No conditioner, no breakfast despite being told there would be, some of the outlets were pretty janky and loose. We heard a scream at one point although I can't guarantee it was from inside the building. The beds were actually comfortable to me personally as I like firm mattresses. No bed bugs! The whole place does smell like stale cigarettes since it used to be a smoking building though."

"It's a room. To be pretty simple about it. If you need a place to sleep then... Sure. Our hotel room was dark and kind of dingy but it was clean and the sheets were fresh at least. The mattress was firm, which I liked, but the blankets were thin and the pillows kind of small. We were in a two double and each bed had two pillows. The bathtub was incredibly slippery though, and we didn't receive any conditioner, just shampoo. The room was also dusty enough that I found someone who wrote in the dust and itt had gone unnoticed which... I honestly found kind of funny so I'm not really upset about it but for those who do care: you might have a dusty room. We stayed one night which is probably what made this easier to deal with, the price was pretty low too. We didn't interact with staff much but they were nice and answered whatever questions I had. I was told there would be free breakfast when looking into this place, there was not. A massive disappointment since this was toward the end of our trip and we needed to keep things cheap. My total experience was less than great, but it's clean and you can rest here. I just wouldn't stay for more than a day and will likely be staying somewhere else if I ever pass through Evansville again. I wouldn't completely knock this place though, if you need something quick and cheap for the night, you'll have kind staff and clean rooms and sometimes that's all you need."

"Decent room for the price. Certainly better than the fleabag motels dopewhores turn tricks in but not as nice as most other over-priced Extended Stays. No saunas, no indoor pool or useless work-out room/indoor gym, but with a price tag at less than a hundred bucks I'm just fine with that. Friendly staff. No bugs (that I saw). And they even have washer/dryers and no pesky maids constantly asking if you need a towel. Very Satisfied."
